After the tarmac road you hit the dirt road. Quite a lot of sand and gravel and climbs but I found it do-able although I ended up pushing through the sandy and the steepest climbs. I followed it all the way to Rumphi but 25Km before it ends there is a turn off that takes you to the tarmac. To start with you cycle in a beautiful narrow valley and at the end some strong winds |
